Curly Spot was born out of a passion for natural, healthy hair – and a frustration with the lack of quality, chemical-free hair care options in Cairo.
Our founder, Monica Samir El Gendi, had been blogging and creating content about curly hair since 2018, through her work, she saw firsthand the need for a salon that specialized in curly hair care. After months of planning and preparation, Curly Spot finally opened its doors in 2020, offering a range of services designed to help people embrace & enhance their natural hair texture.
